Roofs.
I hate roofs. There. I've said it. It's kinda a running joke amongst Friends that I never finish anything that has a roof, and in someway its true! When I Friend passed on a 4mm scale Birdcage brakevan to finish I wasn't looking forward to it, as the roof was entirely missing!
However that has changed, and a roof it has gained! Formed from plasticard which was shaped around an old can, which was filled with hot water to get it to retain a curved shape. Masking tape provides a little texture to the roof, and microstrip creates the rain strips.
