A Windle Wonder

At the recent Merseyside get together I made a small purchase, a Windle Wonder in OO9!
Many people in the OO9 world will have heard of Paul Windle and the lovely scratchbuilt locos he produced to order. I've owned a couple in my time, with one left in the collection!
However, this isn't a locomotive, but in fact a small bogie coach from his Rother Valley tramway series of layouts. Sat on the secondhand stall it was a whole £10.
It appears to be a simple but neat conversion of the Dundas Models FR No.38 coach kit, creating a semi-closed coach. I quite like the opening in the end to allow the handbrake to be applied. A lovely little purchase I think!
Till next time.
